At Turin Coffee Grinders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your precision brewing equipment. If your grinder isn't the perfect fit for your home barista setup, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Grinder

  Thoroughly clean all coffee grounds from the burrs and hopper, then pack the unit securely in its original manufacturer packaging including all accessories and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the grinder's condition and functionality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
